 Next Step Solutions helps horticulture and AgTech businesses move forward with clarity and confidence.

The business is led by Jennifer Neujahr and Ted Buis. Both have spent their careers inside the industry, building businesses, scaling products and working through the realities of global markets.

Jennifer built the horticulture platform at Profile Products from the ground up, growing it into a business of more than 30 million dollars in annual revenue and supporting several acquisitions along the way. She led the commercial rollout of HydraFiber across North America and international markets. 

Ted served as Chief Commercial Officer at Legro, where he helped grow the business from 50 to 200 million euros, supporting an international platform of 11 operations across 9 countries. 

That combined experience brings a practical advantage. A clear sense of how markets develop, how decisions get made and where growth is actually created.
